The Marketing & Commercial Strategy (MACS) Team is the central commercial engine of MVF, bridging the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to implement the overarching business strategy in real time. We take a data-led, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to optimise portfolio performance, nurture customer acquisition, and maximize client satisfaction. This unique position offers exposure to leadership from an early stage and the autonomy to act as a strategic business owner, directly managing performance, efficiency, and gross profit-and-loss outcomes for your portfolio. We are looking for analytical thinkers, strong team players, and proactive, ambitious individuals who are excited by the prospect of delivering long-term strategies to amplify customer and client success. This role is most suitable for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of work experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize day-on-day, month-on-month, and year-on-year commercial performance using data across your portfolio Set and communicate long-term strategies for your portfolio that balance higher gross profit margins and improved client happiness Identify trends in client performance data versus their target metrics, outlining actions that positively influence their ROI Collaborate with other team members in the sales, marketing, tech, and other relevant departments on key projects that drive growth Build a picture of monthly client budgets, where we’re missing them, and steps we can take with our marketing teams to close the gap Perform competitor and market research for your portfolio to ensure we are matching the most valuable customers with the clients that best suit their needs Develop an understanding of different monetization models (e.g. Cost per Lead, Cost per Click, Cost per Appointment) to better assess and deliver new and existing client budgets Build and own processes that increase efficiency and alignment across both your own and the wider team’s priorities Organize teams to respond with urgency to address key client concerns, leading internal meetings and crafting presentations that pinpoint choices that nurture growth Use in-house products, data visualization platforms (such as Looker), and machine learning and AI tools to build solutions that help monitor your portfolio’s performance has a commercial mindset: you possess a strong commercial instinct and are interested in both how MVF and other businesses build their long-term profitability - if our clients aren’t happy, MVF cannot grow! is highly analytical: you are curious in understanding the “why” behind a problem, utilizing your data manipulation, trend-spotting, and logic skills to identify strategic insights balances autonomy with teamwork: you effectively navigate fast-paced, changing priorities by taking ownership of your personal to-do list and drawing on the experiences and knowledge of the teams around you whenever necessary is a strong communicator: you can articulate complex ideas concisely and possess both strong verbal and written communication skills to tell effective stories about where we’ve been and where we’re going thrives on self-development: you display a growth mindset, holding yourself to high standards, and both give and welcome constructive feedback owns their decisions: you build consensus with the teams around you, demonstrate conviction in your proposals, and are the first to hold your hands up to learn from your mistakes builds an inclusive environment: you demonstrate positivity and resilience, earning the trust of those around you, and are supportive of others’ goals and motivations is ambitious for themselves and their teams: you are open to being challenged and are prepared to effectively challenge others in the pursuit of delivering personal and strategic goals #J-18808-Ljbffr MVF
