Total Compensation up to 105,000 + 3,000 sign on bonus! 

Flexible starting salary tracks with earning potential up to $95,000, plus up to $10,000 additional bonus potential per year.

Total earning potential up to 105K

Cole offers two salary tracks so you can choose the starting point that fits your experience and transition needs.

• Track 1 offers a ramp-up period as you learn your new role and settle into Cole’s clinical practices.
• Track 2 is designed for established clinicians whose experience prepares them to step into the role at a fuller pace.

Both tracks provide a stable base salary with opportunities to earn additional incentives.
