Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) travel position in Butte, MT, United States. Start date 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,361-$1,444 per week, 36 guaranteed hours, Days shift, in a long-term care nursing home setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapist with assessment and treatment activities per plan of care.
- Implement individualized treatment interventions to improve activities of daily living, range of motion, motor skills, and functional mobility.
- Prepare equipment, position patients appropriately, and ensure safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
- Document patient responses, progress notes, and any changes to the plan; communicate with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning; relay progress to residents and team as directed.

Requirements
- Active COTA credential with Montana licensure or eligibility.
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
