Join our legal team at Harris Keenan & Goldfarb, where your advocacy skills and deep understanding of personal injury law can make a meaningful impact. We are seeking a determined professional who is passionate about fighting for the rights of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and guide clients on claims including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents.
- Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation.
- Prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective case management.
- Stay updated on personal injury laws and legal developments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Licensed in New York State.
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
- Strong work ethic and resilience to handle complex cases.
Compensation:
$100,000-175,000 per year plus bonus, commensurate with experience. Health insurance, 401(k), Health savings account, Paid time off, Referral program, Dental insurance, Vision insurance.
