Join a specialty pharmacy team providing dedicated care in La Crosse, WI, with a rewarding 1-year travel assignment that puts your pharmacy expertise to work in a long-term care and retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage prescription dispensing and medication therapy for long-term care and retail patients
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Provide patient counseling and immunizations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication use
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or eligible under Act 10 considerations
- Immunization Certified
- CPR Certified
- PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification
Schedule:
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
