Responsibilities

• Client Connection: Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries with high energy, building relationships and suggesting extra products where they fit.
• Order Management: Quickly and accurately enter orders while identifying opportunities to upsell complementary items.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues smoothly and look for ways our solutions can add more value to their business.
• Logistics & Freight: Calculate shipping estimates and find the best delivery methods to meet tight deadlines.
• Product Expertise: Learn our products inside and out to clearly explain their benefits to clients.
• Quality Control: Maintain 100% accuracy and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.
