Senior Business Performance Analyst – Full‑Time, Day Shift Location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76104 Work schedule: Full‑Time, Day Shift (40 Hours/Week) Job Summary Responsible for the collection and analysis of data to evaluate operational difficulties, make recommendations, and drive strategic initiatives. Mentor other analysts in business and technical skills. Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Preferred: Master’s Degree in the same fields. Experience Required: 7 years with Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field (4+ years in Healthcare preferred). Preferred: 5 years with Master’s Degree and 5 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field (3+ years in Healthcare preferred). Skills Working knowledge of data visualization tools and experience creating data visualizations. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent software. SQL or non‑SQL tools for querying and table creation. Financial modeling and pro forma analysis (preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Project management and prioritization. Statistical analysis proficiency (preferred). Responsibilities Collect and analyze data to identify operational issues and recommend solutions. Develop and monitor measures of success, providing analytical modeling to answer business questions. Drive short‑ and long‑term strategic goal realization. Mentor junior analysts in business and technical skills.
