Experienced Forklift Operator - Full-Time / Long-Term Position

Job Description

We are seeking skilled and dependable Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates with forklift experience, reliable attendance, and a strong work ethic.

Key Duties:

Operate Sit-down, Stand-up, or Cherry Picker forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload shipments and move products throughout the warehouse
Pick orders, stack merchandise, wrap pallets, and prepare products for shipment
Organize inventory and place products in designated locations
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Complete daily assignments accurately and on time
Assist with other general warehouse duties when needed

Qualifications:

Previous forklift operating experience is required
Experience with Sit-down, Stand-up, or Cherry Picker equipment is preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance
Able to follow instructions and work well with supervisors and team members
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced warehouse
Must have a responsible attitude and be interested in long-term employment

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday
Full-time hours

Compensation:

Pay is based on forklift experience and qualifications

Estamos buscando operadores de montacargas con experiencia para formar parte de nuestro equipo de almacén. Esta es una oportunidad de tiempo completo y a largo plazo para personas responsables, puntuales y comprometidas con su trabajo.

Funciones principales:

Manejar montacargas Sit-down, Stand-up o Cherry Picker de forma segura y eficiente
Cargar y descargar mercancía y trasladar productos dentro del almacén
Preparar pedidos, acomodar productos, envolver pallets y preparar mercancía para envío
Organizar el inventario y colocar los productos en las áreas correspondientes
Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y las instrucciones del supervisor
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y segura
Completar correctamente y a tiempo las tareas asignadas
Ayudar con otras labores generales de almacén cuando sea necesario

Requisitos:

Se requiere experiencia previa operando montacargas
Se prefiere experiencia con Sit-down, Stand-up o Cherry Picker
Debe contar con autorización legal para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
Debe ser responsable, puntual y mantener buena asistencia
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo
Capacidad para trabajar en un almacén con un ritmo de trabajo rápido
Buena actitud y disposición para trabajar a largo plazo

Horario de trabajo:

Lunes a viernes
Tiempo completo
