Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5pm (1-2pm lunch)

About the Role:

Are you motivated, great with people, and ready to build a career with purpose and unlimited earning potential? We’re looking for an energetic Insurance Sales Representative to help protect families and businesses with auto, home, life, and health insurance.

You’ll enjoy a supportive team environment, hands-on training, and the opportunity to grow your income and your career.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Outbound calling to prospects to pivot to new products.
• Participate in office games/promotions. 
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
