HR Specialist

Insight Global is seeking an HR Specialist (Talent Management) to support a client of Insight Global. This individual will partner with leaders and employees to drive talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, training initiatives, and workforce retention efforts across the organization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development programs Coordinate and facilitate employee training, leadership development, and learning initiatives Track talent metrics and analyze workforce data to drive business decisions Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback analysis Support employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building programs Manage LMS records, compliance training, and talent management documentation Own and support internship, mentoring, and career pathway initiatives Partner with HR and leadership on employer branding and recruiting efforts Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, or related field OR 5+ years of related HR experience Knowledge of federal and state labor/employment laws Experience with talent management, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs Experience coordinating and delivering training programs and workshops Experience analyzing talent metrics and supporting workforce planning Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidential HR information Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or Talent Management certification Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience supporting internship, mentoring, and career development programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
