RN - MS Tele Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid nursing license required, pending licenses accepted Certifications: BLS preferred, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Epic experience required Description:We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a diverse patient population.The unit primarily comprises surgical and trauma patients.Post-surgical patients make up 90% of the unit, with the remaining 10% having medical diagnoses.All patient rooms are equipped for cardiac monitoring and continuous pulse oximetry.The nursing staff will work 36 or 48 hours per week, with a requirement to work every other weekend.Nurses must be flexible to float to other acute care units per policy.Candidates with Epic experience are preferred unless otherwise noted.Additional responsibilities include patient assessments and the management of various medical procedures.The ideal candidate should be familiar with telemetry and the care of patients following complex surgeries.Support services such as IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Wound Care are available.Nurse-to-patient ratios are generally 1:4, with occasional adjustments based on patient needs.All services aim to maintain high standards of patient care and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
