Job Summary:
Prestige Care Center of Fairfield is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for:
Evaluating and treating patients with various medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to achieve patients' goals and improve their overall well-being
Providing education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers on proper healing techniques, exercise, and safety precautions
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and research to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
