TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Interventional Therapy for travel assignments . This role focuses on assisting with minimally invasive procedures , including interventional radiology, cardiac interventions, and pain management treatments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vascular access, moderate sedation, and hemodynamic monitoring .

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure nursing care for patients undergoing interventional therapy.
• Assist physicians with catheter-based, image-guided, and minimally invasive procedures .
• Administer moderate sedation and monitor patient responses .
• Perform vascular access, IV therapy, and medication administration .
• Monitor and assess hemodynamic status, vital signs, and procedural complications .
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-care instructions .
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital protocols .
• Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and surgical teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Interventional Therapy, Radiology, or Cardiology .
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; CCRN or CRN preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of moderate sedation, fluoroscopy, and emergency interventions .
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and respond quickly in emergencies .
• Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments .
