Join a company where your contributions help move the world forward—one shipment at a time.About the PositionThe Vice President of Quality provides enterprise-wide leadership and strategic oversight of Kenco’s quality management systems, regulatory compliance framework, and quality excellence initiatives. This role is accountable for establishing and advancing the organization’s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. The Vice President of Quality leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise quality programs across all business units and customer verticals, driving operational excellence and sustainable performance. Additionally, the position provides executive governance for the Quality pillar of the Kenco Operating System (KOS), enterprise quality management systems, audit and compliance programs, and customer-focused quality initiatives.Functions Develop and execute the enterprise quality strategy to support business objectives, growth initiatives, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations.Establish and manage the enterprise quality budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, optimization of quality-related investments, and achievement of financial objectives while balancing risk, compliance requirements, operational performance, and customer expectations.Provide executive leadership for the Quality pillar within the Kenco Operating System (KOS), fostering a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.Establish and govern enterprise quality policies, standards, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all business units.Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and other external stakeholders to advance quality objectives and strengthen organizational credibility.Lead, develop, and mentor the quality leadership team, building organizational capability, succession strength, and a high-performance quality culture.Lead the strategic direction, performance, and continuous enhancement of Kenco’s Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS).Define and monitor enterprise quality metrics, analyze performance trends, and drive actions that improve quality, compliance, and operational results.Oversee enterprise quality audits, regulatory inspections, investigations, corrective action programs, and management review processes.Ensure compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, certification, and quality system requirements across all operations.Partner with operational and business leaders to integrate quality requirements into new customer implementations, business expansions, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.Serve as the executive authority on quality management systems, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in quality, regulatory compliance, operations excellence, or related disciplines.Minimum 8 years of enterprise-level leadership experience with responsibility for developing and implementing quality strategies across multiple locations or business units.Demonstrated experience leading quality management systems within complex operational environments.Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and deliver initiatives supporting Kenco’s strategic financial goals. Significant experience developing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise quality programs and regulatory compliance initiatives.Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, DEA, CFR, and other applicable quality and regulatory frameworks.Logistics, manufacturing, or related applicable industry experience preferred.Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar certifications preferred.Proven success leading organizational change, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional transformation efforts.Strong business acumen with the ability to align quality objectives with organizational strategy and financial performance..Competencies· Collaborative Leadership - Knows how to get things done through formal channels and the informal network while instilling a sense of purpose in others; sees connection to larger purposes. · Communicate for Impact - Devoting the time and resources necessary to communicate the strategic vision, direction, priorities, and progress of the team for which you are responsible. · Customer Relationship Building - Having an intimate knowledge of the customer's changing needs and the ability to produce rapid results in all areas. · Financial Acumen - Maintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound, responsible, and are strategically aligned. · Leading Change - Ability to develop and implement an organizational strategy and to incorporate it into the organization’s long-term goals.
