What You'll Do:

• Negotiate payment arrangements with business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Build rapport and resolve accounts through professional negotiations.
• Develop strategies to maximize account recovery.
• Document account activity accurately in our CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Collaborate with management to resolve complex commercial matters.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales, negotiation, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Background in B2B sales, merchant cash advance, automotive sales, insurance, mortgages, recruiting, or collections is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-based culture.
