Epic Cadence Analyst

As a full-time remote Epic Cadence Analyst, the successful candidate will configure and optimize scheduling tools, manage client tickets, and support project work to enhance patient access in healthcare systems. Key responsibilities Review and work on open tickets, coordinating changes with client teams and Epic IT Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools, including decision trees and automation workflows Support the optimization of provider-driven scheduling workflows and create reports to monitor performance Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience as an Epic Cadence analyst with knowledge of scheduling decision trees and appointment configuration Active Epic Cadence certification is required Working knowledge of Epic Referrals workflows Ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build without step-by-step direction Experience leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholders
