Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is needed in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This position involves working with CVICU experienced nurses willing to cover Critical Care Unit (CCU) as well. The role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a smaller independent hospital located between Denver and Grand Junction along the I-70 Corridor, supporting the communitys health and wellbeing.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating 12-hour nights including weekend rotation; must participate in call rotation and take one call shift per two-week period in place of guaranteed hours if staffing needs require.
• Required Qualifications: Colorado RN license in good standing, BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association, strong CVICU skills with Day 0 CVICU experience, three years RN critical care experience, flu vaccine (mandatory).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in CVICU and CCU settings.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  • Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility according to Colorado state rules.
  • Agency registration in Colorado required to process employment.
  • Ensure medical license details, including SS# and DOB, are accurate in system to prevent onboarding issues.
  • This assignment starts on 09/01/2026.
