Member Services Associate - Part Time

Description Our Member Services team is the first point of contact for members and guests - we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality with every interaction. As a Member Services Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless golf experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Greet members and guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor Assist with golf bags: unloading, transporting, and setting up on carts or range Clean and maintain golf carts and clubs before and after use Maintain the driving range, including ball collection and setup Monitor the needs of members and respond promptly to service requests Provide information about club offerings and golf course etiquette as needed Support the golf team and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience Requirements Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Why Join Our Team?
