Senior People Partner

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior People Partner will independently manage performance management, employee relations, and talent development while driving automation and optimizing people operations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the HRBP relationship for performance management, employee relations, and talent development, proactively coaching managers Manage employee relations cases and conflict resolution, ensuring thorough documentation and confidentiality Identify and implement automation across People function workflows to enhance capacity for strategic work Required qualifications 5-8 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years as an HRBP or business partner with a strong people ops foundation Demonstrated ability to independently manage performance management and employee relations processes Genuine fluency with AI tools and a proactive approach to automating HR operations Strong business acumen with an understanding of organizational dynamics and headcount tradeoffs Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where building processes was essential
