Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions and complete posting. Verify transactions in supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger. Assist with accounts receivable/payables processing. Create and distribute customer invoices. Maintain customer and vendor accounts, forms, and contracts. Review and reconcile accounts as needed. Requirements 3+ years of bookkeeping or similar experience. Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with MS Great Plains/Dynamics and QuickBooks preferred. Strong data entry skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
