Business Operations & Marketing Assistant (Summer Position)

A-Line Striping Inc. – Schenectady, NY

A-Line Striping Inc. is seeking a motivated college student for a Summer Business Operations & Marketing Assistant position. This is an opportunity to work directly with company management, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain real-world experience in how a growing business operates.

The position is full-time during July and August, with the potential for continued part-time employment during the fall semester for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
• Assist with customer outreach and business development initiatives.
• Help coordinate marketing efforts and maintain the company's online presence.
• Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Assist with process improvement and special projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operation of a growing construction company.

Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a local college or university, or planning to attend one in the area.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Schedule
• Full-time during July and August.
• Monday through Friday.
• Potential for continued part-time employment during the fall semester.

Compensation
• $18.00 per hour.
