We're looking for a proven Director of Operations to lead one of our highest-potential regions, overseeing 20–30 restaurants through a team of exceptional Area Directors. What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a region of 20–30 restaurants through 3–4 Area Directors.
• Coach, develop, and mentor multi-unit leaders while building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence across the region.
• Partner with field leaders to hire, develop, and retain top General Managers.
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and execute strategies that deliver results.
• Support new restaurant openings and prepare teams for continued growth.
• Champion a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience leading Area Directors, District Managers, or other multi-unit leaders.
• Success overseeing large restaurant markets within a fast-casual or QSR environment.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing P&Ls, budgets, labor, and profitability.
• A proven coach who develops leaders, builds succession plans, and creates high-performing teams.
• Experience supporting new restaurant openings and rapid growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Ohio region.
