Shop TechnicianHiFyve is hiring a Shop Technician in the construction industry in Forest Lake, MN!Salary: $40–$45/hrShift: 1stLocation: On-site, Milwaukee, WIJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment in a shop environmentPerform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system maintenance and repairsConduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment meets operational standardsUtilize diagnostic tools and software to identify faults and verify completed repairsDisassemble and reassemble machinery and components following OEM specificationsPerform basic welding, cutting, and fabrication as neededRead and interpret service manuals, schematics, and work orders accuratelyComplete all service documentation and reports in a timely mannerCollaborate with service and parts departments to ensure efficient workflowFollow all workplace safety and OSHA compliance standardsEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical or vocational training in equipment maintenance preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose complex systemsExperience with heavy equipment service and repairAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsBasic computer and diagnostic software proficiencySolid communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBasic welding and fabrication experienceAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks safelyIf you are interested, please apply
