Front & Back Office Support (Temporary) – Immediate Hiring
Location: Downey, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary
Start Date: As soon as next week
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and bilingual English/Spanish Front & Back Office Support professional to join a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-service-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet and assist walk-in clients
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform accurate data entry and general administrative duties
- Assist with client enrollments and related documentation
- Support community outreach efforts and engage with local community members
- Provide support with social media activities as needed
- Assist with occasional weekend projects and special assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience participating in or supporting community outreach activities
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and community members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends as needed
Bonus Qualifications
- QuickBooks experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Health insurance or insurance industry knowledge
- Community outreach experience
- Training will be provided
