USN Client Operations Lead

The Client Operations Lead will work closely with clients to develop and execute project plans, manage business operations, and support strike events. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, providing client support, preparing agendas and presentations, and driving process improvements. The role requires significant travel to manage on-site activities and ensure project goals are achieved. Responsibilities Oversee and track daily project progress, providing detailed updates through Smartsheet and Teams. Manage the accuracy of client data across platforms such as Bullhorn, Power BI, and Quickbase. Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, documenting summaries, agreements, and action items. Be camera‑ready and professional during virtual client meetings; lead calls, share screens, and facilitate discussions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, the Operations Supervisor, and VP of Operations to ensure milestones and tasks are completed on time. Coordinate with the offshore team for job creation and updates, lead training calls, and conduct follow‑up audits. Work closely with external clients, recruitment, credentialing, logistics, and transportation teams to support decisions and ensure responsibilities are met. Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements to enhance systems and operations, resolving pain points or increasing efficiency. Maintain clear and accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operational documents for reference. Perform additional duties as requested by management. Requirements and Qualifications Proven ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time to meet performance goals. Flexible and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to adjust schedules and tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Confidence presenting to diverse audiences in virtual settings, both on camera and via screen sharing. Strong decision‑making abilities, including the capability to interpret and apply written policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with care. Collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals. Solid technical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Smartsheet; quick to adapt to new tools and technologies. Knowledge of Power BI, DocuSign, QuickBase, Bullhorn, SharePoint, and Teams is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preference for experience in healthcare or staffing environments and in project coordination or management. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public via telephone, email, video conference, and face‑to‑face contact. Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to operate office equipment such as computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation with occasional reaching and standing. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
