Technical Program Manager III, AI/ML, Finance

Partner with finance stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and process owners, to understand business tests, processes, and opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions.Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and project roadmaps, considering the key AI/ML capabilities. Lead and manage the lifecycle of technical projects, encompassing discovery, design, prototyping, development, integration, testing, launch, and ongoing monitoring.Build and iterate on prototypes that can serve as the foundational design for development.Connect insights and opportunities across different finance functions and technical initiatives to maximize impact and efficiency.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program management.Experience using AI to prototype and iterate designs for final development.Experience managing the software development lifecycle and shipping technical products.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience working within or with finance domains (e.g., accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, procure-to-pay).Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, data governance, and business intelligence principles.Ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus across cross-functional and executive stakeholders.Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
