Manager – Lead Quality Care & OperationsLegacy Home Health Agency is currently seeking a results-oriented manager to oversee the daily operations of our Personal Assistance Services program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.The Role (What You'll Do):Manage the daily operations of the PAS/PHC department, ensuring all client service plans are implemented as authorized.Direct the scheduling and assignment of personal care attendants to ensure 100% coverage and service continuity.Manage client files and electronic records in accordance with state licensing standards and Medicaid regulations.Serve as the primary liaison between the agency, clients, family members, and state case managers regarding escalated concerns with services and updates.Conduct regular reviews of service delivery to identify areas for operational improvement and staff training needs.What You Bring:Experience: Preferred experience in supervising home care operations or care coordination.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to de-escalate situations.Bilingual: Ability to communicate effectively with our diverse caregiver and client base.Why Legacy?Supportive Leadership: Work with a team that values communication and problem-solving.Operational Impact: You're leading essential care services, ensuring vulnerable clients never miss a meal or a medication reminder.Professional Growth: We provide training and tools to help you excel.Ready to lead?
