Fabrication Customer Care Specialist - Order Support
Specialty Products and Insulation
SPI is seeking a customer-focused team member to serve as the primary contact for our fabrication branch in Solon, OH. You will support order processing, provide product information, and work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, and Delivery to ensure timely fulfillment. The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and basic math skills. Local travel is expected (<10%).
