Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform required procedures, and respond to changes in condition.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; document findings accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team; participate in rounds and care coordination activities.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of California.
- ICU/critical care experience preferred; able to function in a high-acuity environment.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) and ability to maintain ongoing credentialing requirements.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet the demands of a fast-paced ICU setting.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Travel-ready professional with strong collaboration and documentation skills.
