Lead Sales Operations Specialist

As a Lead Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a strategic role in driving transformative initiatives to optimize our sales operations and elevate the overall effectiveness of our sales organization. Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and strategies
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Facilitate the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations
• Provide guidance and facilitate sales forecasting and pipeline management
• Partner with North America sales leadership to derive insights to help shape the business and coach the sales team

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 or more years of experience in Sales/Commercial, sales operations or a related field
• Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management
• Experience with sales tools and CRM systems
