Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safe and proper techniques are used Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the client’s home Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed Follow the care plan outlined by the supervising nurse to meet each client’s specific needs Qualifications Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) Experience in in-home care or similar healthcare settings preferred Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices Ability to lift and move clients safely using appropriate equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care Valid driver\\'s license and reliable transportation Why Join Oasis Home Care?
