Department: 11926 Non Enterprise Corporate - Public Safety Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hours Per Week: 16 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Part-time, 16 hours per week Pay Range: $22.90 - $34.35 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED equivalent with public contact experience. Security, fire, or military experience preferred. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: applicable state driver's license, valid with no restrictions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Performs activity as specified by Security Services administration to support Medical Center security functions. 2. Provides service to help protect against property loss. 3. Assesses activity patterns to determine appropriate security intervention and processes. 4. Maintains security of high-risk processes and loss of sensitive property. 5. Follows established precautions, protocols, and standard operating procedures. 6. Attends all required JCAHO and department training.
