Lead Bartender

La Petite Maison Boston is looking for a Lead Bartender who can bring craft, personality, and precision to the bar — and set the standard for the team around them. You’ll be responsible for delivering LPM’s beverage program at the highest level, from classic techniques to guest‑facing storytelling about our cocktails and spirits. This is a bar that guests will remember.
