For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Warehouse Staff supports all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing and controlling of food and beverage, supplies and services for their location. The staff ensures that best products and services are in the right places, at the right times and ready for the guests. Other duties include light warehouse maintenance, and general cleaning of the warehouse area of their location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follows steps of service. Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed. Receive food and beverage products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the process. Helps with invoice receiving and processing. Delivers product requested during an event, including but not limited to changing kegs of beer. Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests. Maintains service areas. Employs good safety and sanitation practices. Labeling/dating all product being received Facilitates delivery sheet process to stand locations. Maintains proper cleanliness and organization in warehouse. Adheres to company guidelines and house rules Follows responsible alcohol service policies Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others. Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques. Other duties as assigned Essential Job Duties Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day. Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to operate equipment such as phone and standard office equipment. Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
