Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial LED lighting retrofit projects from pre-construction through final closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, customer communication, and overall project execution. The position is based in Vancouver, WA, with regular travel to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial lighting retrofit projects from start to finish
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• Lead project kickoff meetings, site inspections, commissioning, and closeout
• Manage procurement, material deliveries, and inventory
• Resolve project challenges involving logistics, scope changes, and scheduling
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Coordinate utility rebate and incentive requirements with internal teams
• Conduct final walkthroughs, customer training, and project closeout documentation
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout each project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 to 7 years of project management experience
• Experience managing commercial construction, electrical, LED lighting, MEP, or related projects strongly preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
• OSHA 10 required
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States
