Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

First Team Staffing Services, Inc.

Commercial Project Management, in office position in the College Park/Hyattsville area. Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm/5pm Post completed quotes on the shared drive folder/Filemaker. Keep a communication log on when follow ups were made regarding shop Respond to quote requests, completely and accurately, within 1-2 working days of request (whenever possible). Provide shop drawings within time frame promised. Advise of any delays or cost increases as soon as they occur. Physically inspect the job weekly, at current station(s) for accuracy. After receipt of purchase order, follow the procedure below. Once released for Fab, follow up with Scheduler on a twice-weekly basis. fill in all required fields and hand out at the weekly production meeting. Responsibilities Manage all project documentation Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines Assist with estimation and bidding process Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
