Part- Time Weekend RN Supervisor Join Our Dedicated Team! Are you a compassionate and experienced RN looking for a leadership role in a supportive environment? We areseeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and support our dedicated clinical team. A minimum of eight hours both Saturday and Sunday. Hours are flexible. Key Responsibilities Oversee nursing staff and provide guidance on resident care. Ensure compliance with CMS and facility policies. Support staff with clinical decision-making and problem resolution. Monitor resident conditions, assist with emergency interventions, and document appropriately. Foster apositive and collaborative environment for nurses and CNAs. Requirements Valid RN license in Oklahoma or Compact State license. Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting a plus but not required. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices.
