HR Manager / Human Resources Manager Lead with purpose. Grow with opportunity. Our client is seeking an HR Manager to lead a collaborative HR team and make a meaningful impact across a growing, multi-state organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to shape employee relations, guide leadership, and build a strong foundation for future advancement into an HR Director role. Benefits & Extras: Opportunity to grow into an HR Director position. Lead a dedicated three-person HR team. Meaningful influence on organizational culture and employee experience. Strategic partnership with executive leadership. Exposure to multi-state HR operations. Opportunity to support a workforce across 160 properties. Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 annual salary. Approximately 5% bonus opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Coach managers through employee challenges and corrective actions. Oversee payroll, benefits, and recruiting functions. Ensure employment law and company policy compliance. Advise leadership on workforce trends and HR strategies. Guide and develop the HR team. Support engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. What You’ll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Strong employee relations and investigations experience. Experience supporting multi-state or decentralized workforces. Familiarity with Paycor is preferred. Comfortable working onsite in Birmingham. #J-18808-Ljbffr
