Accounting Assistant

Job Description Job Description We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant . Responsibilities: Support the Accounting Manager with daily tasks and administrative functions Maintain organized filing and digital document systems Review emails and provide accurate responses to office staff, customers and vendors. Conduct collection calls and send follow-up emails to customers Identify and communicate potential issues or discrepancies to management Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required Previous experience in accounting is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Key Competencies: Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits package.
