Information Technology Manager

An organisation undergoing significant technology transformation is seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud & Infrastructure Platforms to lead its cloud strategy, platform operations, and infrastructure modernisation efforts. In this role, you'll own Azure platform foundations, provide governance across AWS and hybrid environments, and lead a team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and highly available cloud services. You'll drive platform reliability, automation, cost optimisation, security, and Microsoft 365 services while partnering closely with architecture, security, data, and application teams. Key Responsibilities Define and execute cloud and infrastructure platform strategy. Lead Azure platform engineering and governance across a multi-cloud environment. Own Microsoft 365 and Entra ID platform operations and standards. Drive infrastructure modernisation, automation, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives. Improve platform reliability, security, operational performance, and cost efficiency. Communicate platform roadmaps, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders. What We're Looking For 8+ years' experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering. Previous leadership experience managing technical teams. Strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID. Working knowledge of AWS and hybrid cloud environments. Experience with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation. Nice to Have DevOps or SRE background. Azure or Microsoft certifications. Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
