What We Offer: Competitive pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour Weekly pay (Direct Deposit or Pay Card available) Health benefits and retirement plan options Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment FREE online skills training and career development resources Safe, clean, employee-focused work environment Ongoing safety programs and training Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime Maintain accurate and inspection-ready maintenance records Diagnose and repair equipment issues to improve operational efficiency Complete equipment repairs, modifications, and installations Follow GMP guidelines for equipment setup, operation, and maintenance Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory Troubleshoot minor electrical and mechanical issues Adhere to company, OSHA, and hazardous material safety standards Communicate project status and maintenance updates with management Complete additional tasks and assignments as needed Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience Minimum 2 years of experience working with manufacturing and packaging equipment Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
