• Previous warehouse, production, or lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to motivate and guide a team toward goals
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Comfortable being hands-on and assisting where needed

Your Shift on the Floor

• Lead and support warehouse production team members throughout daily operations
• Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to ensure production goals are met
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members on the floor
• Assist with training new employees and maintaining workplace safety standards
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Complete production tracking and documentation accurately
