The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's What You Need:Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.Minimum of 8 years' experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.Minimum of 4 years' leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQLMinimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experienceBonus Points If:You have database experienceCloud migration experienceITIL CertifiedExperience integration ServiceNow with AWS or AzureExperience building prototypesStrong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitudeProven team player and team builderStrong organizational and analytical skillsFamiliarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architectureA degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project managementProfessional Skill RequirementsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skillsProven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentDesire to work in an information systems environment.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Excellent leadership and management skills.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
