Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized treatment programs.
• Implement diverse physical therapy techniques, adjusting programs to meet the unique needs of each patient's condition and progress.
• Document patient interactions and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide patient education, consulting with individuals and their caregivers to empower them with knowledge about their conditions and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create integrated care approaches that maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, contributing positively to the overall efficiency of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Body Therapy & Home Care, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric conditions, and sports-related traumas. Your role will be to provide specialized care that addresses a range of physical therapy needs, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to support the specific goals of the patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Technical skills with necessary computer software for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your level of education and experience.
