Behavioral Health Supervisor
Valeo Resources has partnered with a nonprofit organization and we're looking to add a Behavioral Health Supervisor to the team in Albany, NY. This is a leadership position for someone ready to move into a true director-level role. You'll be focused on team management and strategic oversight, rather than day-to-day clinical tasks. The role involves supervising 5 clinicians and 5 interns, overseeing 4 residential programs (each housing 56 individuals), and helping guide program development and compliance.
Position: Behavioral Health Supervisor
Location: Albany, NY (On-Site with flexible/partial remote options)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:305:00 (70-hour biweekly schedule)
Salary: $80-90k commensurate with experience
