Joining our team means starting a journey of development, leadership, and fun. We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals who want to grow — and help guests Rule the Day with every blend. What You'll Do: Greet and serve guests with energy, friendliness, and hospitality. Learn and blend smoothies using our signature recipes. Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. Collaborate with your team to hit daily goals. Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations. Why Join Northern Blends? Requirements Must be at least 16 years old. Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and hospitality-driven. Able to take initiative, communicate clearly, and solve problems. Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers). Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
