RN – Registered Nurse – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center Part‑time and Full‑time positions available in the Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Senior Living community. About the Role Registered Nurses work collaboratively to provide clinical excellence, compassion, and leadership, serving as clinical leaders to ensure quality care for residents. Responsibilities Provide direct and supervisory nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Perform comprehensive assessments and develop/update care plans. Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with clinical judgment. Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing. Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills. Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership skills with a supportive and collaborative approach. Genuine love for seniors and commitment to quality care. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $45.00 to $48.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
