Production Associate 2 - Glass Intercepts 2nd Shift

Production Associate 2 Base Pay: $17.75 per hour Shift: 3:45 pm – 12:15 am, Monday‑Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Place spacers onto glass light and stack the second glass piece on top of the spacer according to quality specifications. Maintain consistent cycle time of the line. Move carts in and out of the production work area. Communicate any quality issues observed upstream or downstream of the station. Report mechanical issues with the machines to leadership or maintenance staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for the duration of the shift. Fine motor skills for precise placement of spacers and alignment of the second glass piece. Ability to work cooperatively with another operator. Capability to spot minor quality defects in glass, grids, and spacers. Willingness to cross‑train and rotate on various workstations within the line/complex. Comprehension of written work instructions, standard work, and quality documents. Ability to move carts of glass in and out of production areas. 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
