Associate Director, RecruitmentManages and owns full life cycle recruiting: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiringBalance and prioritize multiple roles at once while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy candidate pool across positionsManage hiring efforts for positions across various VaynerX locationsWork closely with Hiring Managers to navigate seamlessly through the hiring process and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical requirements of each rolePartner with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hiresCollaborate across VaynerX's Talent team to support process improvements and share knowledgeCreate innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and build candidate pipelines that align with recruitment goalsAdapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by formulating plans to fill new roles quickly and assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each searchDevelop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needsManage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communicationsBuild talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerXPlay a crucial role in shaping VaynerX's future by making recommendations on employment brand strategyRequired Skills/Experience:5 - 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.Demonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with company valuesFamiliarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and other workforce systemsPassionate about building and supporting diverse & inclusive teams and culturesExperience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessmentAn empathetic approach to building relationships based in trust and transparency with candidates and hiring managersUnsure if you meet the qualifications?
