Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience developing and maintaining software using C++. Experience designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems. Experience architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems. Experience with database query languages (e.g., SQL) and data modeling techniques. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. Experience designing or implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems on cloud platforms. Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed enterprise systems in the cloud. Experience working on highly available, high load, and low latency distributed services. Experience using AI tools for software development (e.g., for code generation, code completion, or debugging). Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Salary US: $147,000 - $211,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Responsibilities Work on large‑scale architectural and reliability initiatives under authorization in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Design, code reliably, and launch features. Participate in activities beyond coding: metrics, documentation, and operations. Drive projects and partnerships with cross‑teams independently.
